There’s no fussing with unpriced design work followed by bidding, or being passed between a staff designer, contractor, and estimator, only to discover the final number isn’t what you expected.
Jim personally interviews you about your project and quickly provides a reasonable budget assessment, offering innovative design and cost-engineering ideas that set LINEA apart from competitors. When the design is finalized, we procure materials and enter the construction phase. Upon completion, LINEA continues our partnership via our warranty and customer support - an offering that is truly unsurpassed, backed by our company’s 50-plus year history.
