Owner Jim Gardiner has completed thousands of projects over many decades and can typically evaluate the realistic, required budget range for almost any project on the spot, and certainly within 48 hours. There’s no fussing with unpriced design work followed by bidding, or being passed between a staff designer, contractor, estimator, and a separate pricing team—only to discover the final number isn’t what you expected or hoped for.

Jim personally interviews you about your project and quickly provides a reasonable budget assessment based on your “must-haves” and “like-to-haves.” Just as importantly, he offers innovative design and cost-engineering ideas that truly set LINEA apart from competitors.

Once hired, we move forward under a detailed, explicit contract and work closely with you to develop the full design. When the design is finalized, we procure materials and enter the construction phase. Upon completion, LINEA continues the partnership through our warranty and customer support—an offering that is truly unsurpassed, backed by our company’s 50-plus years of history.
