Jim Gardiner has owned LINEA Design Build Remodel (formerly Courthouse Design/Build) since 1989. A two-time graduate of UVA and long-time leader in the design/build market, Jim instills his team with a commitment to excellence. LINEA Design Build Remodel’s design team, comprised of Jim, architect Greg Upwall of Studio Upwall Architects, structural engineer Pratt Sinha (Consulting Engineers) and interiors specialist Christine Rhodes are the best in the business.
